# Discord Rules!

Welcome to NWRP! As a community dedicated to providing a mature and respectful environment, we uphold a series of guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all members. Please read the following rules carefully:\

Community Age Requirement NWRP is a <mark style="color:red;">**16+**</mark> community with rare exceptions made at the discretion of the administration.

<mark style="color:yellow;">**Conduct and Communication**</mark>\

&#x20;**1 - Zero Tolerance Policy:** The use of racial, homophobic slurs, or engaging in discussions that are racially insensitive, xenophobic, or discriminatory in any form is strictly prohibited within the Discord server or during RP sessions.

**2 - Microphone Requirement:** A working microphone is mandatory for participants to provide clear and effective communication.

**3 - Language:** English is the primary language due to our North American (NA) server base. Participants must be able to understand and converse in English.

**4 - Discord Usage:** Active Discord access is required for all community members. This platform serves as our main channel for communication regarding staff interactions, applications, server events, and more.

**5 - Resolving Issues:** If you encounter any problems, please reach out to Staff Members or the <mark style="color:purple;">@</mark>*<mark style="color:purple;">**NWRP | Chain of Command**</mark>*. Ensure you contact the appropriate staff member for your specific issue.

**6 - No Backseat Administering:** Community members should avoid taking on admin roles or duties. While we value your commitment, leave these tasks to our designated administrators.

**7 - No Advertising:** Posting links to social media, other servers, etc. Nor are any other forms of advertising allowed such as verbal advertisement.

**8 - Appropriate Discord Names:** Offensive names are subject to a warning or kick. Persistent use after a warning will result in a ban.

**9 - Harassment and Bullying:** Verbal harassment, death threats, or bullying, especially regarding **sensitive topics like suicide, are not tolerated.**

**10 - Specific Topics Prohibition:** Discussions related to military simulations (Milsim), private military companies (PMC), or "tryhard" crew activities are strictly prohibited.

**11 - Sexual Harassment:** ANY form of sexual harassment towards members is forbidden.

**12 - Illegal Content:** Discussions or content involving pedophilia, minors in inappropriate contexts, or any illegal activities will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.

**13 - Respect the Chain of Command:** Continuous disrespect towards the Chain of Command will not be tolerated.

**14 - Content Restrictions:** Posting or sharing NSFW/Gore content in any channel is prohibited.

**15 - Behavioral Expectations:** We do not condone overly sensitive behavior or disruptive conduct. Issues should be handled maturely.

**16 - Exclusive Membership:** Members of NWRP are not allowed to participate in other roleplay servers unless affiliated with verified partners. Violation of this rule will lead to severe consequences.

**17 - Cybersecurity Violations:** Engaging in DDOSing, cyber attacks, or doxing is strictly forbidden.

**18 - Decorum in Interactions:** Lewd behavior or NSFW activities in Discord or in-game sessions are not allowed.

**19 - Microphone Etiquette:** When requested, please mute your microphone to avoid disruptions.

**20 - Responsible Use of Mentions:** Do not use <mark style="color:purple;">@everyone</mark> tags in chats.

**21 - Chat Conduct:** Please refrain from spamming in any chat channels. Keep all conversations to their respected channel.

**22 - Evidence Requirement for Reports:** Clips and Screenshots are both acceptable units of evidence to use in a report which you can open in [⁠✢│Support-Hub](https://discord.com/channels/1259439210692083743/1262918394072793109). ‎&#x20;
